One of my very favorite treats.........Vegetable Pizza! I love it. It takes forever to make but is worth the effort. I could sit down and eat this whole thing myself. I made this as a birthday treat to myself....and just in case I hard surprise Birthday weekend visitors and I sure am glad I did cause Santos, Fidel, Ron and I almost polished this off...........
