CCCHHHHAAANNNGGEEESSSS.....

It took a lot of getting use to knowing that Clint would no longer be driving for RCR or the #33 car. Granted Clint has carried a couple of Numbers including the 2 in Nationwide and Trucks, the #07 in Trucks and Cup and then the #33.

I had gotten so use to the #33 that the thought of him changing numbers made my stomach upset, but the change of teams made me even more upset, but then again when I was a completely Rousch Racing Fan, the thought of cheering for any RCR driver turned my stomach and look how that turned out....along came Clint Bowyer.

Since the change was announced later in the 2011 NASCAR season, I have hung onto every thing that was #33. I never wanted to buy anything 15.

The most difficult thing for me to do was remove my #33 Cheerios Racing Clint Bowyer license plate frame. I promised myself until my very first #15 stuff arrived I would keep that plate frame on my car.......

So Today......this was delivered by the Post Man....my first #15 Clint Bowyer Sweatshirt. That I will proudly wear this cool racing season, but I might pull out my old Bowyer #33 now and then to knock around in or my old #07 sweatshirt.

andtThese are my brand new stickers that went on my little Orange Ford Edge. Today........

and then it came off...

It is official.....all the signs of the #33 are gone but Clint lives on forever NO matter what he drives!!!!!

GO CLINT BOWYER!!!!!!!!!!

Reminising....

This photo is probably one of my sweetest and greatest memories from anything Wrestling related that I went to since watching Sheldon wrestle in 1999 in St. Edward (where I happen to live at the time). This was Sheldon's last match at State Wrestling and that is his Dad. I think the lord was working at District's that year to get NG/LHF enough wrestlers qualifed for State to have more choaches on the floor. Luckily enough it was his Dad, my brother. This photo means so much to me because that coach, the disiplarian is gone....he's just Dad telling his son with that smile on his face....didn't matter if you won or lost I am proud of you.

I cried like a two year old when this happened. I cried for an hour after. These are the moments where you say.........THANK GOD for a Camera!!!! I remember going to the hotel that night and there was an article in a magazine I read that said "Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened" how fitting. Such special memories and such wonderful times. Times that I will never forget...Shel will always be my champion......

I knew when I walked out of the 2011 Nebraska State Wrestling Tournament that when the 2012 Tournament arrived I would probably have a hard time. My Nephew Sheldon participated in the Tournament all four years of his High School career. It was just something that I enjoyed attending. It was usually with my family. So this year I sit here wishing I was there to watch my little buddy Dylan wrestle as a NG Bluejay for the last time, but instead I am settling for the NSAA Tournament on the computer.....
