Feeling a little sentimental.....

Well here I am at the lake....and for some strange and bizzare reason I am feeling very sentimental. I have a a series of photos that scan through as my laptop screen saver and I decided that I would post one of these "old" pictures So here it is.....

This photo was taken at my last College Reunion party. This is myself and my sweet sweet friend Jen. She is a gem....100% awesome and I miss her!! Love you Jen!! That is it for my sentimental journey tonight......I have a feeling this might be sticking around. I think it might be the heat :)

I am trying to put my finger on...

what to say......it has been one hell of a day. I am tired, pooped and darn glad we took the time to drive to the lake. Cabin sleep seems to agree with me :) I am busy busy busy getting ready for our big party on Saturday.....the 7-7-07 party is just a few days away and I think we might actually make it!

Last night Ron and I had quite the scar. Our Cat McCook had kittens and whether either one of us want to admit it we love those kittens. Well, this weekend they made their big outdoor debut. So last night we couldn't find Pudge anywhere.......we were sure something happened to him, both of us went to bed convinced that a tom cat had killed him.......The great news!! Pudge was back this morning safe and soung! I was so happy....all three are safe, sound and happy little kittens.

Well, it is time to throw in the towel on this Monday, after Painting, powerwashing, vacuuming, washing clothes, folding and putting away clothes, dusting, washing windows and all other sorts of stuff.........I am done. Time for some serious peeps.......

I've been tagged by half my internet friends.....

Well apparently, Nancy, Oscar and Stacey tagged me...so here I am. I wasn't able to get into my blog until now.......partially due to technical stuff and being preoccupied with racin.

Here is what my gal pals told me: I am supposed to post 7 random facts about myself. Then I am supposed to tag 7 people. I honestly don't know if I can tag seven people because mostly everone on SJ has been tagged :)

1- I am absolutely addicted to stock car racing....WAIT most of you already knew that.......

1- I absolutely hate returning telephone calls/messages
2- I hate to have much of anything clutter up my space
3- I am a very loyal friend......almost too loyal :)
4- I have this almost paralizing fear of fire
5- I am very very moved my acts of nature like floods. tornadoes, etc....I always crave information on damage.......
6- I really do believe that Lady bugs are lucky
7- I really struggle with completing projects!

Now to tag.....I honest to the lord I do not know who to tag........there are so many that were already that I am just clueless who to pick. So if you are reading this and haven't been tagged....YOUR IT!

I would love to have.....

.......Posted the great picture I took of Mark, Heather and Joel with our other first lake visitors group photo....but my friends insist that it is more fun to ruin my pictures with copin a breast feel than smiling and looking pretty for me.

Our other group photo got cropped to this one....just so I had one of our first overnight guests.

First ever Lake Visitors......

Why is it that no matter what I do.....someone always seems to look like a dork in a picture....this time it is Ron. I started a new thing....taking pictures of everyone who visits our Cabin...I missed a couple....but last Saturday night I got our first real visitors. Richard, Pam, Chris and Lynn. Chris works with us and it was such a delight to have these four people as our first guests......THANK YOU and Welcome to the Stock Cabin!! Come back anytime.
