Another auction, and I usually have a red hat photo, but today it is me laughing about us sucking it up and admitting that we should have drove our other Auction topper, instead we have Ray's van with a speaker strapped to the top..........

It never ceases to amaze me all the Beautiful and versatile products available at Gotta Pixel. This month was no exception. My first round designer for this month was Silvia Romeo. Everything made my mouth water! After spending almost 30 minutes in the store I decided on Silvia's beautiful kit Basically Worn: http://www.gottapixel.net/store/product.php?productid=26654&cat=0&page=1
I had a blast using this kit. The black and white mix with the little punch of red is perfect!  Below are the two layouts I made using Basically Worn.

My second designer for the month of March was a tough choice to. Creations by Rachael! Rachael has some very beautiful and fun items in her store: http://www.gottapixel.net/store/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=92 Her Quick Pages are so fun!
I finally decided on Rachael's Groovy kit: http://www.gottapixel.net/store/product.php?productid=25523&cat=0&page=2  This kit is way fun! OMG these colors were like playing with Candy. So fun. So colorful. So perfect for my Mexico photos..........

Day 88

There is always some kind of dish mess in this house. Today it was  CLEAN dishes and one bread maker pan......I am grateful that they are clean because it means that I can leave today with nothing in the sink!!!

Today Ron and I took my beautiful niece Alicia and her awesome fiance's photos. Here is to Andrew and Alicia and perfect couple....we love you!

Todays photo of the day was taken earlier this week.....but I so love my McCook kitten. She is not so much a kitten but it feels like it, she is such a sweet girl and I love her sooooo much!

WHATEVER!!!!!!

BUT before I get to that. What a nice day. Even though it was pouring rain most of the day. I had the rare opportunity to spend a quite day with Ron, deep frying some yummy food and some experiments (that weren't so yummy) working on computers, sleeping with Cheerio, watching the KSU BB game (which they lost BTW) and then finishing it off eating ribs at Jay's house.

Something unique about tonight....I watched the show Life for the first time. What a great show. It is on the discovery channel and featured the most wonderful segments on animals. Who knew that watching animals could entertain us half the night....

NOW back to my whatever.....Recently a friend of mine was talking about NASCAR drivers and she said that Clint Bowyer is a dog compared to Dale Earnhardt JR.............just compare my driver....

To THIS!!!!! sorry to all of those of you who think Jr is soooo hot.........this is NOT hot! Only a blue eye driver from Kansas works for me :)

Day 81 was all about me and Cheerio. We had the best day. Playing, cuddling and just hanging out! He is the best dog and I love his very very much!

A GORGEOUS day and the final day for the tree. Goodbye tree and THANK YOU to all our friends who said it should go, you were right, the #18 has never look better.....

A long drawn out day........

Today, I woke up early to take Cheerio to get a haircut, his booster shots and his little puppy checkup. I left  after 8:00 am to get him there before 9:00.  I was very happy to take him in because his hair was so long around his face he couldn't see. I drove to Columbus in sleet/rain/snow/whatever it was.

.....and most glorious day and one of warmest since October 2009!!!!! I was more than happy to bring out my sandals, sunglass and sit my rear is some Duncan Lakes sand......

I really love the wonderful prompts at Gotta Pixel for our 365 photos. Today's prompt from Stacy...."Something that melts your heart". I have alot of things that melt my heart, but today.......

it is our Cheerio Boy. Man I had NO idea how much I could love one little dog, but I do. He is a source of constant joy for me and I adore him. He melts my heart every day, between the way he plays, or his little kisses or even the way he sleeps.....he is a great gift and we love him!

I am finally finishing my Alphabet Prompt....todays letter. Z. Z=ZOOM! Yes Zoom...............I took this photo by Zooming in our Dog Cheerio. I could have used ZZZZZ as in sleep but he was certainly NOT sleeping......he was way too busy chewing up his little treat container...

A little bit of a long day.....

after doing endless loads of laundry, washing a mound of dishes, folding two baskets of clothes, gift and grocery shopping.....I was happy to get home to one little brown dog today......he is such a good boy!

Day 74

Since I skipped the X yesterday, I decided just to go on...so today is being brought to you by the Letter....Y=YELLOW. The color of our company and the color of one of my first loads of laundry today to get them dry and ironed so they can get neatly folded and put into Ron's travel bag........

Day 73

There was just no finding something that started with X today. I have resorted to actually taking a photo of something that isn't alphabet related....this time, it is my cupcakes I made for our impromptu "it's your birthday" party at the lake for Julie, Tom and Mary. I usually doctor these up a little more but today I resorted to one box of Funfetti mix. You can't go wrong with Funfetti. I also found out that I only had one box and I usually make two, but it all turned out fine. I had some mini candy bars hanging around so I just snapped those in half and stuck them in the top. Unfortunately I have a feeling the leftovers will haunt me tomorrow.....

Day 72

After a nice long nap this morning, I finished making some Tortilla's wraps that I started to make on Friday. I was just getting ready to put them in the freezer for next Saturday's Mexico reunion party. I can't believe I actually found a word that would make use of todays prompt. The letter W=WRAPS. Most people call them roll-ups but I am cheating and today they are wraps :)

Day 71

This winter has seemed to drag on and on and on. The one thing that I was so looking forward to was there being no ice on the lake. Well today I finally got my wish. I ran to Columbus to pick up some groceries and make a quick stop at the dreaded Wal-Mart and when I got back......even more Ice was gone off the lake....today's letter prompt is the Letter V. Today V=VERY glad the ice is gone! 

Day 70

Continuing with my alphabet Prompt.....today is the letter U. U=UNDER. Under ALL that snow.......was my sidewalk.....and I am very happy to see it.....

Cuddle time....

For me and my Cheerio Dog. 

Today, I just had to escape from the St. Edward home. There has been alot going on there and now our upstairs bathroom is FINALLY being finished so I was getting tired of having to share my house with my handyman who is redoing it for us.  Here are a few photos from the destruction that is happening. The plaster in the upstairs of our house is really starting to show it's age and this bathroom plaster was probably in the best shape of any other room in our house, but once we had to replace the sink and floor we decided to just take the plaster off and sheet rock it..........

After my much needed hair cut from Sheila, I loaded up the kid and headed to the lake house. Oh it was soooo nice to get here. 

The best treat was being asked by Mike and Kendra to go out for Pizza at my favorite Pizza place......Lonestar and it did not disappoint. Oh it tasted sooooooo good as usual. I have never had a bad pizza there. After Mike and Kendra dropped me off I put my sweats on a crawled into bed with my computer only to be joined by Cheerio dog who snuggled into the pillows on Ron's side that I wasn't using. We had such anice time just cuddling and getting comfortable.....I think Cheerio has found a new place to crawl in to. 

I am so thankful for Cheerio. I miss Button soooooooooo much. There are so many things that I miss about her and cuddling was one of those. McCook is such a sweet cat, but she only tolerates so much cuddling and then it annoys her :) So Cheerio is my little snuggler as long as Ron isn't around.

So I guess it is time to close the books on this day. I am really in need of some sun. I need to catch up on some computer stuff and I MUST finish up my blog book......so we hope for those tomorrow........

Today is T! T=Tools.....tools for FINALLY getting my upstairs bathroom completed after almost FOUR YEARS! PRAISE THE LORD.............

S=SUPPLIES. Supplies and more supplies......is what we need for Auction day. Without some of these supplies our day wouldn't go nearly as smoothly......

The letter of the day today is Q. Q=Queen.....and my Mom was the Queen of the day. Today we celebrated my Mom's birthday in Newman Grove by taking her out for supper and showering her with gifts........

Back on the Alphabet prompt again......I am on P today. P=PRETTY.....and these are my pretty new fish I bought while shopping with my brother and Niece. I fell in love with these the instant I saw them. Today I perfectly placed them in our lakehouse bathroom and they are exactly what I was looking for......and I love them.......

O=OVER as in OVER my Shoulder. Again back to the Alphabet today. I sat down in my chair to do some typing this evening as the day was winding down and Cheerio climbed up behind me. I used the Camera on my Mac to take this photo. I just set it up and this is how it turned out....

These lyrics were a bit confusing to me......BUT now I understand the them. So when it all comes down to it..when the world is spinning faster I run to Ron. I have always been the master at calming this man down, and to those who didn't think we were a perfect match.......

Day 63

Today, I was unpacking the items that I picked up on my Shopping trip yesterday with my Brother and my Niece. Most of the items I picked up were gifts except for these little gems. I have a small collection of Nippon and really don't want tons and tons of it, so will pick up a piece or two that I just love, that way my collection doesn't get out of control. So my letter for today is N. N=NIPPON......
